Triple draw

This game is usually called 2-7 triple draw. It is a version of poker, where the lowest hand wins (such games are called lowball). The gameplay is quite similar to the classic 5 card draw poker: you are dealt 5 cards and there are 3 rounds of draw, where you can change any number of cards of your choice in your hand.

2-7 triple draw poker hand rankings are specific: you try to collect a hand, consisted of low unpaired cards without straight or flush. Winner is defined by the rank of his top card (the lowest wins). Aces are counted ONLY as a highest card (unlike it is in most poker games). The best hand you can ever have in this game is 23457 (that's why it is called 2-7)

Blinds

At the very beginning of the game two players sitting to the left of the dealer put their blind, which is a type of bet, that players are forced to put, not even looking at their cards. It is done to provide the initial pot size in the beginning. The first player to the dealer's left puts a small blind, and the next one puts a big blind.

Deal

Every player is dealt five cards in a clockwise motion and then the player sitting next to big blind starts the first betting round.

First draw

After the first betting round each player is allowed to discard any number of cards (can be all of them) from his hand and replace them with new cards. These actions are followed by the second betting round, which starts from the player sitting next to dealer.

Second draw

Players change any number of cards and make their bets after that, also starting from the player sitting next to dealer.

Third draw

This is the last draw and final (fourth) betting round.

Showdown

If more than one player left in game, players show their cards and the best hand wins. If two or more players have the same hands, they split the pot.
